STUDIO RULES

By using UNOVA Studio, you agree to abide by these Studio Rules.

General Rules

  1. When your booking is finished, reset and return all items to their original position. Make sure the studio is left clean and tidy. A minimum $100 cleaning may apply if additional cleaning is required.

  2. You are responsible for any damage to facilities or items (repair or replacement charges apply). Treat everything with care and avoid moving items unless necessary.

  3. Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the building.

  4. If you wish to use any of the kitchen facilities, please ask a team member for help.

  5. If you are bringing food and drink, ask a team member where to place your consumables.

Using our equipment

  1. Use equipment only as intended and with care. Do not tamper and/or remove any parts or labels.

  2. Do not touch anything that is not included in your booking. If you aren’t sure what’s included, feel free to ask one of our team members or check the Pricing page for details.

  3. Any faults or malfunctions must be reported immediately during your session. Late or end-of-session reports may forfeit eligibility for refund, credit, or compensation.

  4. You are responsible for any damage to equipment during your session. Repair or replacement charges will apply.

Using the cyclorama

  1. Please wear the provided blue shoe covers to preserve the cyclorama.

  2. Do not step on the curved area of the cyclorama.

  3. Do not consume food or drink whilst standing on the cyclorama.

  4. Damages to the cyclorama will incur a minimum $300 repair fee.

Content & event guidelines

  1. Explicit nudity or sexual content is not permitted.

  2. Adult-themed events such as ‘swipe-and-meet’ gatherings, ‘fast-track’ dating events, or ‘public voice’ interviews are not permitted.

Use of materials

  1. Confetti may be used, but must be fully cleaned up within your booking time. Additional cleaning charges may apply if not properly removed.

  2. Glitter and powder are not permitted unless approved in advance. Please contact us before your session if you’d like to use them. Additional cleaning charges may apply.

  3. Paint is strictly prohibited.

Booking and payment

  1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  2. Setup and pack-down must be completed within your booked hours.

  3. If your session runs overtime, an $80 fee will be charged per hour (or part thereof).

  4. If you need additional time, please contact us during or before your session to check availability.

Cancellation & rescheduling

  1. Refunds are not offered for cancellations.

  2. Bookings can be rescheduled once only, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made less than 24 hours before your session are not eligible for credit or refund.

  3. Studio credit is available for eligible reschedules. Rescheduling credit is valid for 30 days from the original booking date and can be used toward any future booking.

  4. If a booking that has already been rescheduled is later cancelled, it is not eligible for any refund or credit.

  5. Changes to the length of a confirmed booking are not eligible for refunds. Credit may be offered at our discretion if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
